Agile Explained Training

We cover the fundamental principals of Agile development including a process framework for implementing them. Using hands on interactive exercises, participants learn the basics of:

  • Breaking large projects into a story card backlog
  • Running a release planning meeting
  • Working as a development team during an iteration
  • Running an iteration planning meeting

Maximum # of students per class: 20

$500 for a one day class 9:00
