Agile Explained Training
We cover the fundamental principals of Agile development including a process framework for implementing them. Using hands on interactive exercises, participants learn the basics of:
- Breaking large projects into a story card backlog
- Running a release planning meeting
- Working as a development team during an iteration
- Running an iteration planning meeting
