Jump Start (6 day engagement)
Conducted by three senior LeanDog consultants
Jump Start is built around a focused series of highly collaborative goals and iterative workshops. These drive the creation of a number of continuously evolving visual models that describe the business and technical domains and possible solutions. At the heart of the process - and key to its success - is a multi-disciplinary team that includes business and IT functions, empowered to determine both the priority and scope for the exercise. The models we have developed have proven highly successful in allowing both business and IT stakeholders to build a meaningful understanding of the problem areas and agree upon the proposed solution.
