Agile & Lean Transformations
We have been practicing Agile and Lean for nearly a decade. We have lead organizational transformations for clients ranging in IT size from 10 to 5,000. We have unique processes that we follow to understand your culture, constraints and value streams.
While spending time with your leadership team, we work together to craft a plan that makes sense, has many feedback loops, and progresses at a pace of change that you can absorb and sustain.
Many large Agile and Lean transformations struggle because the emphasis is only on delivery and standing up teams. We believe that a solid communication and cohesion plan with your customers and your entire department is essential for a successful and sustainable transformation.
A typical plan includes a communication and cohesion strategy, training, boot camps and coaches to launch your transformation. We have 2 planning practices:
Go Lean, Go Fast
Using our “Agile Buffet” and “Whole Team” charts, we meet with each member of the leadership team and interview them regarding their responsibilities, challenges, team compositions and understanding and concerns about going Agile/Lean. Based on the results of this meeting, we will quickly craft a plan together selecting the team, projects, coaching and training necessary to go forward.
Going Lean, Top Down
We typically work with the CIO and Sr. Leadership team to see the whole picture. To us this means bringing transparency by applying techniques that make managing everything from business partners, demand management from ideation to deployment, assets, competencies and leadership. We encourage transparency and emphasize techniques that support strong leadership, kaizen and a focus on eliminating waste.
Already Agile?
For organizations that are already going down the path of an agile/lean implementation, we offer consultation on the strategy, issues and challenge’s that your organization is facing. Our experience offers an outside view and new perspective that will help get you to the next level.
