Organizations will have trouble sustaining a true Agile culture if the senior management team does not live the same way. IT Executives must practice what they preach. If they want teams to be transparent and agile, they need to lead by example.
We coach you on how to take some Agile & Lean techniques and apply them in a new way to help your organization understand your current state. Once we can all see things through the same lens, we can then develop a strategy to transparently carry forward your journey to becoming Agile.
We will cover topics such as customers, mission, vision, strategic initiatives, project backlog, application assets, people, leadership, financials and standard work.
We will also coach you and your management team on Agile practices such as:- Information Radiators

- Roadblock Boards with Escalation
- A3 Strategy Workshops
- Story Cards & Acceptance Criteria
- Management Story Card Wall
Depending on the size of your organization, we will leverage two or more Agile Strategy coaches for this engagement. A typical engagement lasts 4 to 10 days with follow-up appointments as necessary. We have coached IT organizations with less than 20 people to organizations with over 25,000.
