Strategists, Coaches, Practitioners
At LeanDog, all Agile Strategists have at least 7+ years Agile experience and 3 years Agile Organizational Transformation Management. Many of our strategists will also take longer term engagements as Master level Coaches.
We have three levels of Coaches:
Master Coach has at least 6+ years Agile experience, excellent facilitators, very comfortable teaching others, collaborates with senior management to solve difficult organizational challenges and has good perspective across various domains.
Journeyman Coach has at least 3+ years practicing Agile, comfortable teaching others and can influence change and drive best practices.
Apprentice Coach has at least 2+ years Agile experience using Agile practices, can pair and reinforce good practices.
We can also provide Practitioners that have 2 years or less on Agile teams, that are passionate about Agile, have had some training and will enthusiastically support the practices and culture change.
The Dog is Otis, Jon Stahl's Bull Dog. Otis and his nephew Iggy can be found lounging around the boat on most days. When they feel like a little activity, Otis is an avid skateboarder and Iggy loves to surf. Yes, really, he loves the water and he loves to surf.
