Ron Jeffries began working with Agile Software Development in 1996 and has been helping others with it since 1998. Ron is one of the authors of the Agile Manifesto, the document that helps provide the conceptual underpinning for Agile methods such as Scrum and Extreme Programming. He was also the onsite coach on the very first XP project, starting in 1996.
