Michael Norton (Doc) is an Agile Coach and a partner with LeanDog living in Wadsworth, OH. Doc's experience covers a wide range of development topics. A frequent speaker, Doc is passionate about helping others become better developers, working with teams to improve delivery, and Software Craftsmanship.
As a member of LeanDog, Doc provides coaching, mentoring, training, and delivery in Agile/XP/Lean software development techniques. He has more than 20 years of experience in software development and has been a promoter and practitioner of Agile since 1999.
