I have been a software developer since 1990 and worked in the Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Retail Industries across multiple platforms and languages. Over that span, I have developed web and client/server solutions using languages VB, VBA, C++, C# with the following technologies ASP, ASP .NET, AJAX, javascript, Jquery, VBA, VBS. Also along the way I dabbled in SSRS reporting, OCR recognition and edits, and serial communications.
I have an insatiable appetite for improving technique and learning new technologies.
My interests other than everything development are: reading (mostly non-fiction), camping, horseback riding,fishing, hunting, target shooting, boating, and strategic game play.

The Dog is Otis, Jon Stahl's Bull Dog. Otis and his nephew Iggy can be found lounging around the boat on most days. When they feel like a little activity, Otis is an avid skateboarder and Iggy loves to surf. Yes, really, he loves the water and he loves to surf.
