Having spent 30 years in IT as a developer, project manager, large-scale program manager, agile iteration manager, and agile coach, I’m passionate about changing corporate cultures to successfully adopt agile by bringing business partners and IT together to develop products that delight customers, training IT management on lean problem solving, forming and enabling high-performing delivery teams, and restructuring Program Management Offices (PMO) to support agile transformations.
