Class Description:

This workshop teaches product managers and delivery teams how to collaboratively define and validate products designed for target markets and end users. Participants learn multiple techniques that enable them to collaboratively frame products, select design targets, and refine a minimal viable product (MVP).

During this workshop, participants engage in a number of activities, such as: using a problem and solution canvas to evolve and evaluate product ideas; identifying user personas and creating a persona network to select design targets; and creating a story map to refine an MVP and plan releases.
